1. General Information

  • Trading Name: The Net Seafood / The Net Seafood Restaurant.
  • Services: Mediterranean dining sit in restaurant, online table reservations, online food ordering, etc...


2. User Accounts


  • Account Creation: An account may be automatically created for you upon your first booking or order, allowing you to view your transaction and booking history.
  • Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
  • Data Accuracy: You warrant that all information you provide for your account, bookings, and orders is current and accurate.
  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide fraudulent information.


3. Table Reservations


  • Confirmation: Your reservation is only guaranteed upon receipt of a confirmed email notification.
  • Arrival Policy: Please aim to arrive punctually. We can only hold reserved tables for [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 15 minutes] past the booking time. After this period, the table may be released.

  • Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns. If there is an error with your order or the food quality is unsatisfactory, you must contact us immediately upon receipt so we can arrange an appropriate resolution (e.g., replacement or refund).


5. Alcohol Sales


By ordering any product containing alcohol, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to refuse the sale or delivery of alcohol if suitable identification cannot be provided.


6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements


  • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing an order or dining.
